William Anthony Gonzalez

William Anthony Gonzalez, also known as Billy The Kid, born and raised in Miami, FL. Billy is an American mixed martial artist, gym owner and personal trainer. William earned the name “Billy” because it was the name of his cousin who died in the marines in a massive bombing in Beirut. From an early age, Billy took an interest in boxing; his dad showed him the basics as soon as he was old enough to put on some boxing gloves. His biggest role model is Muhammad Ali not only because he’s a champion boxer but also because he always maintained his humanity despite the rough patches he faced. Billy’s interest in professional fighting goes hand-in-hand with his interest in physical fitness and health. This devotion to health led Billy to open a private boxing gym along his long-time friend, Uly, who introduced him to one of his childhood friends, Armando Perez, more famously known as Pitbull. Together, Billy and Armando are working on a program to benefit Miami Dade public schools by raising awareness for childhood obesity, the program is called Billy The Kids Get Fit With Pit Youth Fitness Program.
